Modern Luxurious Villa in Vadodara

This gorgeous villa needed the best architect and interior designer in Vadodara to envision an inviting ambiance, abstract artwork, and contemporary designs. This ultra-luxury abode is opulent at its best – we strategically made it spacious by combining 2 separate houses.

Our main challenge was to sort out the load-bearing structure, so the detailing required extra attention. An avant-garde lift system was installed to maximize comfort by demolishing one of the staircases.

This G+2 structure has a modern hint of royalty, with warm colors in each room contrasting cool marble flooring, which creates an air of elegance. We used MDF and Vineer for decorative accents, modern furnishing, wardrobes, partitions, and wall paneling. Subtle hues of paint creatively replaced wallpapers.

The bathroom had an element of relaxation and luxe fittings for a contemporary tinge. A modular kitchen with stone countertops and cool grey-tone cabinets harmonizing perfectly with patterned walls and wooden paneling.

We added a touch of sophistication with smart switches, a modern lighting system illuminating the whole space, plush sofas, a stunning waterfall fountain, and a blissful alcove for praying.

It is a treasured old house transitioned into a lavish and cherished family heirloom.
